We couldn't get confirmation from the realtor, but the home is officially under contract and the transaction isn't showing up in MLS, but according to Prudential Douglas Elliman it's under contract, and the sale's been widely reported.
The 2,873 square-foot unit on the ninth floor of 50 Gramercy Park was initially priced at $10.2 million.
That's a hefty chunk more than the $6 million Aniston paid for the west side apartments, where she's currently residing with boyfriend Justin Theroux.
