the Four Seasons Private Residences located in Yorkville, downtown Toronto for a record breaking $28 million.
The penthouse unit, described as "a personal haven of luxury, tranquility and comfort" is a "mansion in the sky" at 9,038sq.ft. occupies the entire 55th floor of the West Tower. features 12 ft. ceilings, four corner terraces, floor to ceiling glass windows, and Included in the price is a 680sq.ft. staff residence located in the 26 storey East Tower.

The sale makes it the most expensive Condominium ever sold in Canada. not the biggest where both the Aura's Penthouse (11,370 sq.ft) and the Ritz Carlton (10,820 sq.ft) offer larger units.
