Camrost-Felcorp’s getting ready for the launch of Yorkville Plaza Phase 2, the second condominium on the site. Camrost had plans to develop a second tower, but what was a bit of a mystery was the details of
Yorkville Plaza development for the second phase.Revised plans for Camrost-Felcorp's Yorkville Plaza at 21 Avenue Road, Official planning documents indicated a short building on Yorkville with a substantial tower on Avenue.
With renderings that reveal not one but two new buildings that will be adjacent to the iconic tower that was formerly the home of the Four Seasons Hotel.

The new mix Condo retail development will see a total of 883 new residential Condo units, and a large amount of retail space.
We've known for some time now that Camrost-Felcorp was planning additional buildings to the Yorkville Plaza development.
The ten-storey building on Yorkville Avenue the south tower will provide views over the low-rise neighbourhoods that surround Yorkville.

Purchasers of phase one (the old Four Seasons Hotel building on-site) who were hoping for a southern view are sure to be disappointed upon hearing this news however those who have held back could be luky if units are approved.
Camrost-Felcorp Yorkville Plaza phase one had strong appeals to those wishing to connect with the old Four Seasons Hotel, We'll no doubt see quite the reaction to these new additions as to what impact will Yorkville Plaza Phase 2 have on the area.
This is not the first retrofit development that Camrost has launched, and not the first one that we have seen in Toronto. Camrost-Felcorp’s recently started construction work on Imperial Oil Canada at 111 St. Clair Avenue West, the site of the old Imperial Oil building.
Sutton Place is set to be re-released as The Britt by Lanterra Developments, another project by Castlefield retrofitting the old Tower Automotive building at The Sterling. With scarcity of land in the city, it’s not unuall that we are getting more creative with retrofiting project.
