According to data the condos are primarily being snapped up by investor and immigrant from China, Iran, Russia, South Korea, Middle East South Asia and Britsh nationals are also large client base.

With Toronto growing multicultal community ther has been a number of builders of high-end Condominum developments catering their product to the New Commers and Foregin Investors, it's been about four decades since multiculturalism become official part of our already colourful nation, given us more than ethnically interesting restaurants and vibrant parades; it also appears too be propelling Canada economic engine .
